RETURN POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on most medical equipment within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and documentation. Due to health and safety regulations, certain items such as consumables, personal hygiene products, and opened sterile equipment are non-returnable unless defective.

3.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without a RAN may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

3.3 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

3.4 Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as separate transactions.
